A credit card is required to secure your appointment. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred date and time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to accommodate other clients.
Consultations
A consultation is required for all extension services and major color changes to ensure the best results for your hair.

No, we do not offer squeeze-in appointments. Our services are carefully timed to provide each client with the attention and quality they deserve.

No, All appointments must be scheduled directly through the online booking system. If you reach out to request an appointment, you will be redirected to the booking link.
Can I bring a guest or my child with me to my appointment?
For the safety and comfort of all clients, guests and children are not allowed in the studio unless they are being serviced.
